    Hey everybody,I've just started carrying out some exoglycosidase digestions of N-glycans from recombinant glycoproteins. However, the B-galactosidase I bought doesn't seem to be very effective. Looking into other possible sources, the price seems to vary quite a lot, so rather than waste my money on another not particularly good enzyme, does anyone have any sources they can recommend?Thanks

    hello, i'm doing a screenig for the IGVH5-51 and IGVH3-23 from patients, and i need to check mutations in the CDRs regions, the problem is that i can't find the exacte nucleotide sequence of the CDRs regions within the IGVH5-51 AND IGVH3-23 reference sequences, ( I tried several databases, and check some papers but ..) someone could bring me a link, a paper or a database please ??THANKS
