: Tuesday , May 28, 2013 Photo Day Taking pictures of pottery can be very time consuming and sometimes I get into a vortex and get really picky so it takes even longer . Good pictures are all over but great ones really show the work . A so-so picture of a bowl can hide it's flaws . There are a lot of potters selling on-line with pretty poor pictures . Whether it's being jammed into the back seat of the mini cooper , or packed into a dorm room , or overflowing with 2 kids in a NYC apartment Space seems to be . short I think that I need to take the otherside of the equation . Too much stuff I keep fooling myself that I have some secret storage area for some of the inventory that I hold for shows and such .
