Most importantly , I got married to my long term girlfriend Kim Dills . We have been together about 10 years , and we should have done it many years ago . I also built a deck on the back of the house and finished my kiln . Attended a funeral for my grandmother , lost a friend way too early in life to a heart attack , assisted a class at John C . Campbell Folk School , had a booth at the Southern Highland Craft Fair and more . I was able to fire one time since the last blog post and learned a couple of things about the new kiln . I ran through the clay that I had leftover in boxes and then it came time to reclaim all the clay I have in buckets and I have about 15 buckets full . I have been using Highwater Clays Aurora clay body for several years now and as I move from smaller pots to larger ones I add some grog to it to help it stand up . I don't use a pug mill of any sort and I rely heavily on

The first one was the fact that I wanted to find a solution to e-commerce and sell things from my website . It sounds simple enough but when you make things that are all shapes and sizes that can be shipped to anywhere in the world , it is definitely not that simple . Thanks to etsy , it has made the process very simple . All someone needs is a credit or debit card . Shipping and taxes are included and it could not be any easier or more pleasant of an experience . Shoppers can also click on other artists work that I like and know . If anyone is interested just click on the for sale link
