    Updated: 2009-09-30 16:02:11
One of the issues left unresolved by the Supreme Court’s ruling in District of Columbia v. Heller was whether the Court’s interpretation of the Second Amendment as an individual right applied to state and local governments. The last time the Court had the opportunity to rule on the issue, in 1886, in the case Presser [...]

  • Gore's auto loan -- who is regulating government?

    Updated: 2009-09-29 22:58:48
http://online.wsj.com/article/SB125383160812639013.html I had briefly seen this the other day, but there is so much strange news, it's difficult to catch it all -- however, my friend, Fred, sent me an email and the above link regarding the US loan to a inland car company making an $89,000 vehicle. Why is our government doing this type of stuff? Cronyism and political payback appear to be running rampant. This is a prime example of why it's incumbent upon the American people to stand against this misuse of power and taxpayer money. Who is regulating government?
