    Long Live the Extra Large Full Tower PC Case? My last review at Benchmark Reviews left off praising the shrink factor of technology and the maturation of micro cases (Silverstone PS07b micro case (index.php?option=com_content task=view id=857 Itemid=61)). At the same time, Benchmark Reviews has been busy reviewing monster sized cases. One conclusion that can be derived from the size and options of PC cases is that the PC case is not nearly as dead as some surmise, be they large or small. Otherwise, we'd be getting less variety and more generic offerings, along with fewer manufacturers.     Rikuntyudady is an avid PC Modder and lives in Shizuoka, Japan. Here is one of his most recent projects involving an Antec Twelve Hundred tower. He enclosed the 5.25″ optical bay with acrylic. Two 120mm fans were incorporated into the custom bay shroud. Fans and lights are connected to Lamptron “FAN-ATIC” The 5.25 bay shroud was covered with 3M Di-Noc Carbon Fiber with “TWELVE HUNDRED” cut out. The factory side panel was replaced with hinged acrylic access doors.  View of the PSU is blocked by Di-Noc Carbon Fiber covered acrylic sheet.     Doug Gambor wanted to view his system and optical drives from one point of view, so he chopped and twisted his Cooler Master ATC’s bezel a full 90 degrees. He also fabricated a new back panel, so he could add ducting for the Corsair H70 radiator and relocate the  power supply to the bottom.  Progress of the twisted ATC 220b chassis.
