This is a big deal for our chapter . Every year our members cook up their best home-made chili recipe and share their . wares Over the years the word has really gotten out . We have airplanes of all sorts fly in from all over Texas , Louisiana and Oklahoma to sample our chili and fixins' . And it's not just airplanes . We usually have some motorcycle clubs wheeling in as well . Our average attendance at the cook-off is over 200 people . We have big-band music playing in the back ground inside a monster hangar . The only thing that is missing is B-17 in our midst . It really has that old hangar dance
